Limitation of liability for internal content

The content of our website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages.

Pursuant to § 6 Abs.1 MDStV and § 8 Abs.1 TDG we as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.

Limitation of liability for external links

This data has been received either from you, your company or from public sources such as company register, your website, phone directory. This data is accessible to the M bioserviceS staff. Additionally, name, address and phone number (if desired) may be provided to the transport companyin charge of the delivery of your goods. 
Personal data necessary for contract fulfilment will be stored for the duration of the entire business relationship as well as in accordance with the legal obligations for storage and documentation. 
You have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data transferability, revocation of your consent and objection. You have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority:
